Virtual Earth
Virtual Earth is a revolutionary new components for FX3 and SmartRoads Enterprise. Microsoft®'s Virtual Earth™ technology is used for the Virtual Earth component to provide the to scale satellite imagery. Diagramming has never been this easy, and we believe it can't get any easier than this.
At the click of a button users can and access the satellite imagery and select an area which will auto-scale and pop up in FX3 or SmartRoads Enterprise – to scale. WOW – that is state of the art. Satellite images are imported to scale as the background of your scene, all you have to do now is place your objects and you are done with an accurate diagram.
All you have to do is insert the location you want to insert in your diagram

Note:
• Virtual Earth is only available to users who have purchased True Partner Maintenance.
• You need an active internet connection for Virtual Earth to work,
Satellite data is not stored on your computer and has to be accessed online.
• The detail at which satellite imagery is available to you varies from region to region, should a photo not be available in sufficient resolution to be used as a background in your diagram, you can use FX3's advanced diagramming engine to quickly create your diagram.
