State of West Virginia chooses ReportBeam and Vista FX3 for their state wide solution.
 
VS is proud to announce that we have been chosen by West Virginia Dept of Transportation as the successful vendor following a RFQ issuance in September 2006.
 
VS is now supplying a state wide collision/citation reporting system for all WV agencies. VS will be supplying the ReportBeam turnkey collision reporting system like the one that has been in use state wide in Mississippi since 2004. Since the MS system went live, over 200,000 crash reports have been entered by all Mississippi law enforcement agencies.
 
In addition, VS is suppling the West Virginia State Patrol with Vista FX3 Reconstruction edition for all their reconstructionists.
 
We are proud to be part of a state wide initiative to use electronic crash reporting as a foundation tool in making West Virginia roads safer!

Mexico purchases Vista FX2 for it's National Police
MexicoMs. Gina Villalobos, the International Spanish Speaking sales manager of Visual Statement announces that The Policia Nationale Preventiva (Mexican National Police) have purchased a country wide license of the Vista FX2 Spanish. In a national commitment to safer roadways and higher quality crash investigations, the PFP chose Vista FX2 as their software solution. Training of hundreds of officers begins July 24 in Mexico City.

 

 


Hundreds of PFP investigators now have powerful software tools for illustrating crashes, performing analytical calculations, and animating their findings. Vista FX2 is now in use in half of the 33 states of Mexico and with the implementation by the PFP, it has become the national standard. Visual Statement is proud to start and long and successful relationship with our partners in Mexico.

Santa Fe Sheriffs choose 3D technology from VS
Santa Fe County Sheriffs have purchased the Vista FX2 Pro Recon + edition along with a Nikon NPL 352 total station to map and document 2D and 3D scenes.

Sante Fe Sheriffs chose Vista FX2 for the advanced 3D technology provided for animation, linear momentum analysis, and CrashMath calculations. This agency and thousands of others choose the recon editions from VS to meet all their software requirements in one package.

Now they can download directly from the Nikon total station, complete the scene diagram, calculate speeds, and animate their reconstruction opinions in one package.

RCMP “ H “ Division, Nova Scotia, purchases Vista FX2! 

“H” Division joins all the other RCMP divisions across Canada as users of the Vista FX2 Reconstruction package which allows them to draw diagrams, download from total stations, render 3D scenes, and calculate vehicle dynamics.

Washington chooses SmartRoads
as their statewide diagramming solution

VS Visual Statement Inc. is very pleased to announce that Washington State Dept. of Transportation have chosen SmartRoads from VS as the state wide diagramming solution, following their RFP which closed on April 7, 2006.
This means that all Washington agencies using the state wide SECTOR Collision Reporting system will have SmartRoads software to allow them to create diagrams for the reports.
 
Washington joins the States of Mississippi, Virginia, Wyoming, and Victoria in Australia. SmartRoads is also available in Spanish and has over 20,000 users worldwide. Washington State users of SmartRoads will have the ability to upgrade into the more powerful Vista FX2 applications for crash and crime scene reconstruction.

All attendees were completing detailed Momentum analysis, SMAC simulations, and 3D animations by weeks end. It washuge success and a great opportunity to share crash and crime reconstruction knowledge.

Virtual Scene is here!

New technology from VS allows CSI’s and crash recons to use scene photos to build a virtual crime or crash scene.

Simply place photos taken from the scene on your SmartRooms walls to create a Virtual Room.

In many cases, complex and intricate evidence like blood stains, and tire marks are not clearly distinguishable on drawings, even in 3D. However, place scale photographs on the walls of scenes and reality appears.
