Visual Statement releases Vista RealMotion 3D
You've heard all about it, you've waited patiently, and today Visual Statement is proud to announce the release of its newest product, Vista RealMotion 3D. Visual Statement is known for its ability to develop programs that are easy to use yet extremely professional, regardless of your computer expertise. VISTA REALMOTION 3D is no exception!
What used to take hours using other products can now be done in a matter of minutes by simply drawing your diagram using the Vista Drawing Tools. Then add in environmental effects such as lighting or fog, pre/post impact motion paths, and time/distance data. CONGRATULATIONS! ...you have just completed your first animation! Run Vista RealMotion 3D, click on the "play" button, and watch your animation unfold in real-time.
Officer Jason Groulx of Flint, Michigan was involved in beta testing and had this to say about Vista RealMotion 3D:
"I completed my first 2 vehicle, to-scale animation with roll-overs and collision information in less than 15 minutes of installing it ... I knew it [Vista RealMotion 3D] would be worth the wait, and the money. This is by far the most valuable tool in my reconstructionist tool box..." |

Collision & Crime Scene Diagramming Training Courses held in Fredericton June 24 - 27, 2003
Visual Statement's Chief Executive Officer, Mike Kennedy, spent a week in Fredericton, New Brunswick to train two groups of collision reconstructionists. The back-to-back, two-day courses hosted by the RCMP "J" Division were attended by RCMP Collision Reconstructionists; officers from the Halifax Regional, Saint John, and Fredericton Police Departments; and individuals from several consulting firms.
The weather was hot and humid, but the training went well in first-class, air conditioned training facilities. Mike was allowed to attend the skid testing done by RCMP officers to calibrate their new drag sleds and that will be reported in the next Collision Technology Ezine entitled "Old Technology Works Too!"

Visual Statement Supports Coalition Troops in Iraq
Visual Statement is pleased to announce its support for the troops on duty in Iraq involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Visual Statement is a Canadian company like many other Canadian companies who do not agree with the Canadian Government's position regarding support in Iraq. We appreciate the enormous sacrifice being made by coalition troops in Iraq and highly value the freedom we enjoy in our daily life here in Canada. We are grateful to the US and other allies for all the sacrifice in past conflicts that have led to our freedom. We wish all the protesters would realize that only in our free countries can this protesting take place and that somewhere in the past, soldiers paid for the right to protest with their lives. Good luck and God speed.
Mike Kennedy, The President and CEO of VS Visual Statement Inc., is a Vietnam War veteran who fought as an infantry soldier in the Australian Army (7th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment) in 1970 - 1971 side by side with US Green Berets in Phouc Tuy province, South Vietnam.
